Who we are
Portfolioser (portfolioser.com, plus dockerstudios.com and dockerstudios.xyz, which redirect to it) is run by Cordyx Studios. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Cordyx Studios and "you" means anyone who visits the site or makes a page on it.
Agreeing to these terms
By signing in or making a page you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use Portfolioser.
Who can use it
You need a Discord account to make a page, so you must meet Discord's minimum age, which is 13 in most countries and higher in some. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
One person, one page. You can't make pages for other people without their permission or pretend to be someone you aren't.
Your account
You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for what happens on your page and for keeping your Discord account secure. If you think someone else got into your page, tell us in the support server.
It's free
Portfolioser is free. There are no paid plans, and every feature is available to everyone. If that ever changes, we'll say so clearly before charging for anything, and nothing you already have will be taken away.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put on your page: text, images, video, audio, links and anything else ("your content").
So we can run the site, you give us permission to store your content, copy it, resize or convert it (for example turning an MP4 into an MP3 in your browser), and show it to anyone who visits your page. This permission ends when you delete the content or your page, except for copies kept briefly in backups or caches.
You promise you have the right to post your content, and that it doesn't break the law or our Community Guidelines.
Usernames and links
Your link (portfolioser.com/yourname) is first come, first served. We may take back a name if it impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or has been squatted with no real page. Some names are reserved for the site.
Server pages
Only the person Discord says owns a server can make its page, and staff shown on a server page must actually hold the roles they claim. Bots shown on a server page are checked by our team before they get a verified mark. Don't try to get around these checks.
Badges and checks
Badges and blue or gold checks are given by our team or earned automatically. They're ours to give and take away, and they aren't endorsements of you or your work.
Moderation
We can remove content, hide a page, suspend or delete an account, or take back a badge if we believe it breaks these terms or the guidelines, or puts people at risk. Where it makes sense, we'll tell you why, and you can appeal in the support server.
Anyone can report a page using the flag on it. Reports go to our core team.
Things you can't do
Don't attack, overload, scrape at scale, or try to break into Portfolioser or other people's pages. Don't use it to spread malware, phishing or scams. Don't use automated tools to create pages or send reports. Don't resell or rebrand the service.
Other services
Portfolioser links to and shows things from other services, such as Discord, Lanyard (live Discord status), Vybe (music), YouTube, SoundCloud and font providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for them.
Portfolioser isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Docker, Inc.
Deleting your page
You can delete your page any time from the editor (Settings, then Delete my page). It's removed right away, with your uploads and your account. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Portfolioser up and safe, but it's provided as is, without promises that it will always be available, fast or error free. Keep your own copies of anything important you upload.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits from using Portfolioser. Since the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, which is zero. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll post an announcement on the site before it takes effect. Using Portfolioser after that means you accept the new terms.
